Thanks for your recent mailing (photocopy enclosed). Yes,
it's correct that I stopped being a Verizon Wireless customer
about two years ago.
It's nice to see that you're making significant enhancements to
your service. However, I did not leave Verizon Wireless because
of the technology you provided or didn't provide.
The reason(s) I left Verizon Wireless are explained at
which is a copy of a letter I mailed to Verizon Wireless at the
time I left.
Perhaps at some point in the future someone at Verizon Wireless
will respond to my letter, or even acknowledge having received it.
I'm not holding my breath.
I'm also not returning to Verizon Wireless as a customer.
